At Knuckles, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
